No. Semplio is accessible from any web browser (computer, tablet, or smartphone). There is nothing to download or install.
Yes. Semplio is designed for all types of SMEs: retail, services, distribution, and more. It is not specific to any industry and adapts to your needs through its flexible modules.
Semplio is available in French and English.
Subscription
Semplio offers 4 plans: FREE (0 FCFA), STARTER (9 900 FCFA/month), BUSINESS (24 900 FCFA/month) and ENTERPRISE (custom quote). Discounts of up to -20% are available for annual subscriptions.
Yes. The FREE plan is completely free with no time limit. No credit card is required to sign up.
Payments are accepted via Wave, Stripe or PayDunya. All amounts are in FCFA (XOF).
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time; billing is adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Data
Yes. Your data remains your exclusive property. You can export it at any time in CSV, Excel, and PDF formats.
Yes. All communications are encrypted and sensitive data is protected. Each company benefits from strict data isolation, and automatic daily backups are performed.
If you cancel, your account is automatically downgraded to the FREE plan. Your data is retained and modules from the expired plan remain accessible in read-only mode.
Yes. You can request account deletion by contacting support. Your data is retained for 180 days, then permanently deleted.
Features
Yes. The accounting module produces the journal, general ledger, balance sheet, and income statement in compliance with the SYSCOHADA framework. Accounting entries are automatically generated for each transaction (sales, purchases, expenses).
Yes, with the BUSINESS plan or higher. The multi-branch feature allows independent management per location, stock transfers between branches, and a consolidated view of the entire business.
AI features are available starting from the BUSINESS plan. They cover sales, inventory, financial, and customer analysis. Results are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice.
